Outstanding & brand-new room with a private safe, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location was great! Location close enough to the famous market, ferries and the waterfront and Seattle. Also, to areas like Capitol Hill.

location: the hotel was very close to the piers as well as so close to the waterfront with so many bars. the breakfast menu was satisfactory.

Booked double room, that included multi-channel television, ironing facilities and a writing table. The staff was amicable and super-friendly, everything was great.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Stunning and absolutely perfect location just next door to downtown, So close to the waterfront with so many bars, and so many bars, and amazing views. Lots of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

High-Tech Comfort in a Unique Space

Loved the high-tech room features controlled by an iPad. The canteen provided delicious snacks, and the cozy lobby vibe made it a perfect hangout. For families, the room layout is a bit tight, so plan accordingly for comfort. A great base to explore Seattle!

Unique design with fantastic staff.

Had a fantastic time! The iPad control for lighting was incredibly fun, and the bed was the epitome of comfort. Totally fell in love with the vibe and perfect black-out curtains!

Not ideal for couples, good for solo traveler

Had a nice view of the harbor and watched the sunset each night from our room. The bed was comfortable and the mood lighting made the atmosphere really cozy.

For a quick getaway, this place was a fantastic choice. The view from our ocean view room was amazing. The tech-savvy controls for the lights and shades added a fun touch to our stay. On top of that, the location was ideal, just a short walk from the waterfront and popular attractions.

The room was a bit small, which can be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage. But I loved the mood lighting and having the window right by the bed made it so nice to wake up to a view of the city. Everything was controlled by an iPad, a fun feature. The bed felt a little firm, but I still slept well. It was like a unique experience.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Pike Place Market and the waterfront. Our room had an amazing view, made waking up a delight.

Citizenm in Seattle had a cozy bar area perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We didn't indulge in the breakfast spread, but the aroma wafting from the kitchen definitely made us regret it. Nearby, the Planet Java Diner serves up some killer comfort food, just a short jaunt away.

The self-check-in was a total buzzkill, especially when the staff seemed utterly uninspired to help. Our room felt more like a tiny shoebox than a hotel-good luck maneuvering around! And don't expect daily housekeeping if you stay more than one night.

The fine view from my room was the highlight of my stay. Amazing mornings! Just wish the room had a bit more space. It felt a little cramped 😅
